We are able to host everything from Skype meetings in the Executive Suite, training events and workshop presentations in the Booth/Wesley Suit or run a full scale technical and creative production for up to 700 people with our state of the art digital and LED equipment in our main Auditorium.

Our excellent training and meeting rooms range from small rooms hosting 7 people to a large Auditorium for hire catering for 700 people. We have a function room for every event. The Sheffield Megacentre has over 15 years experience in conferencing and meeting room hire for a range of events from interviews and workshops through to multi-day speaker conferences attriacting hundrews of delegates.
As well as excellent training and conferencing rooms for hire, we offer on-site catering for any event, whether it’s a small gathering of individuals or a large delegation, our facilities are able to cater to any event. Our catering team is highly experienced in preparing food for large and small events and catering for a range of dietary requirement. Our freshly prepared buffets are locally sourced, freshly prepared on site. So if it’s just tea or coffee for a full lunchtime buffet you need we can provide what you need.

As the Megacentre Manager, Viv oversees all operations within the building. This includes oversight of all conferences. With over 10 yearr’s experience in the hospitality sector, Viv’s invaluable knowledge helps create outstanding events with an emphasis on quality.
Sales & Marketing
Jess handles all enquiries, sales and marketing at The Megacentre. She is your first point of contact leading up to and after an event. Qualified with an Arts degree as well as year’s experience in hospitality, running teams and events, Jess will make sure you are looked after as a client and that we meet your needs for your event.
James has over 6 year’s experience in hospitality and also has incredible knowledge of The Megacentre building facilities. James will make sure your event runs smoothly and your delegates are looked after.
